Data will be stored for as long as the data repository is active and approved by USC. If you later want to withdraw your data from the repository, you can do so by emailing usc_heal@usc.edu; however, it may not be possible to destroy any data that has already been shared with and / or utilized by USC HEAL researchers.
You will not be compensated for this online screener, or for any research findings that result from use of your data. Some of the questions may make you feel uneasy or embarrassed. You can choose to skip or stop answering any questions you don’t want to. There is a small risk that people who are not connected with this online screener will learn your identity or your personal information. We will keep your records for this online screener confidential as far as permitted by law.
