About this research study:
We are conducting this study to understand how sugar levels in cigarettes affect smoking behavior and cigarette preference.

Individuals who smoke cigarettes daily may be eligible to participate in our research study. Eligible participants will receive up to $445 for their participation. You will not need to quit smoking to join our study.

We are conducting this study to understand how sugar levels in cigarettes affects smoking behavior and cigarette preference.

You may qualify if you meet the following criteria.

Criteria
- Daily cigarette smoker
- 21+ years old
- In generally stable health
What will happen if I participate in the study?
You will be asked to attend four (4) half-day long (~3 hours) laboratory sessions, during which two (2) cigarettes will be smoked, assessments will be made, and biological samples will be collected. In the first session, you will smoke your usual brand of cigarettes. In the next three sessions, you will be asked to smoke one of three cigarettes with varying sugar content.

You may earn up to $445 for completing the study and following study procedures.
Will it cost me anything to participate in this study?
There is no cost for you to participate in our research program.
