About Our Research Study
Researchers are examining the effectiveness of three different 6-month group treatments. The programs are aimed at improving your eating habits, reducing overeating, and developing healthy lifestyle activities in overweight adults.
Some people think about food all of the time and have trouble resisting food when it’s in front of them, even if they are physically full. Others feel a loss of control over their eating. It may be overwhelming to deal with healthy eating and exercise plan on your own. Uncontrolled dieting can lead to unhealthy changes in your body and mind.

Do you ever feel like you don’t have control over your ability to resist certain foods? Discover the benefits of our novel UCSD weight loss programs. Researchers hope their programs will help people improve eating habits and lose weight. The program will take place at the University of California, San Diego, and no drugs or supplements will be used.
