Study Background
In this research study, we want to learn more about how insufficient sleep night after night can impacts metabolism, and how exposure to artificial light at night plays a role.

Our study is designed to test whether glucose metabolism is differentially impaired by sleep restriction with and without additional exposure to artificial light at night.

The goal of this project is to evaluate whether extended-duration of artificial light at night contributes to the adverse effects of sleep restriction on glucose metabolism.
