The Exercise & Healthy Aging research team at Oregon Research Institute is conducting a research study aimed at understanding how exercise improves cognitive function, general health, physical activity, and mobility.

Is this study for me?
If you meet the following criteria, you may be able to participate in the study.

Criteria:
· You are 65+ years old
· You have concerns about memory or thinking ability
· You are not currently participating in any in-person structured, vigorous exercise classes
What will happen if I participate in the study?
You will be asked to attend exercise classes two times per week for 24 weeks during the study. The research team will evaluate your general health, memory and other cognitive abilities, physical activity, and mobility. All assessments will be completed online.
What is the benefit for being in this research study?
Participants will receive free exercise classes two times weekly for 24 weeks.
Will it cost me anything to participate in this study?
There will be no cost to you to participate in the study.
